System: Swiss, 9 rounds, 90 min / 40 moves + 30 min to end + 30 sec/move (for all moves)

app. 280 participants, min. 15 IM, the results will be sent to FIDE for calculating of rating and norms

Applications: Please send your applications before 31. August 2010 with the entry fee on the address of organizers or bank account. The organizers don’t guarantee participation of players who will apply after this date.
